He is the <strong>coordinator of the <a href=\"https:\/\/fenix.tecnico.ulisboa.pt\/cursos\/min-cte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minor in Space Sciences and Technologies<\/a><\/strong> at IST, and the <strong>coordinator of the MBE on Space Systems<\/strong> for <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnicomais.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tecnico+<\/a>. He is <strong>Adjoint Faculty<\/strong> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isunet.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Space University<\/a> (ISU) global faculty, collaborating regularly with ISU in various academic activities. Broadly, his research is focused on the intersection between <strong>Robotics<\/strong> and <strong>Artificial Intelligence<\/strong>, with particular interest in human-robot interaction, mobile manipulation, biologically inspired cognitive architectures, and machine learning.
